The maximum product liability to Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Aqua-Man Pool & Spa website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for damages related to product sold.
