Feel free to browse the Aqua-Man Aquatics Service website. You can choose to shop by Brand, Category, Price Ranges or by Reviews. There are many ways to shop and find what you are looking for. If you prefer to use the Search box on the top and the bottom of your Browser window, you can find what you are looking for too.
As you find items that interest you, simply add the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. You may edit, remove or add items to your cart at any time.
When you are done shopping and browsing our products, all you need to do is access your Shopping Cart and checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. With the items in your shopping cart you can begin the checkout process and choose from an existing account, a Guest Checkout or to register as a new customer where you will be able to select your payment method and shipping preferences.

Aqua-Man Aquatics Service accepts:
For your Credit Card to be accepted by our system, your billing address should be the same as the billing address for the credit card you are using for your purchase.
Please Note: PayPal immediately allocates funds out of your PayPal account for your entire order as soon as you place it. Therefore, if there is any portion of the order we cannot ultimately ship to you, we will credit back to your PayPal account the value.
At Aqua-Man Aquatics Service, we take your credit card security very seriously. We make every effort to make sure your credit card details remain secure, and no one will be able to alter your credit card information without your knowledge.
For this reason, you cannot edit the name on a credit card, nor can you edit the card type. The account number of the card will always be encrypted values for your security.
If your credit card number changes for any reason (for example, your bank issues you a new card), this is treated as a new card, and should be entered as a new card. You can enter a new card when you check out.
If you need to change the expiration date on a credit card, you can do it in two ways:
Edit your Card Without Making a Purchase:
Click on”My Account” (located at the top/bottom on the home page)
Log in to your account
Click on "Update Existing Cards" on the left hand side of the page
Click on the "Options" icon on the far right for the credit card you wish to edit
Change the expiration date using the drop down.
To use a Store Credit for a purchase, it must be manually entered by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Please contact Customer Service at (866) 400-2782 during our business hours and ask for assistance in placing your order.
If it is not convenient for you to call, as an alternative method, you may place an order on the website and put a note asking to use your store credit in the "Special Instructions for My Order" box near the bottom of the check out page. Please note that the Store Credit will NOT be reflected in your checkout at the time. The credit will not appear until it has been manually entered after we receive your order.
At this time we are unable to apply a store credit to a PayPal purchase.
Bill Me Later is a PayPal service which allows you to buy now and pay later with a credit line that's built into your PayPal account. Bill Me Later is subject to credit approval and offered through WebBank, Salt Lake City, Utah. Think of it as instant and reusable credit at the point of sale. Bill Me Later is available as a payment option in select PayPal products.
When you choose Bill Me Later during checkout, you submit your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and accept the terms. You will receive a credit decision within seconds. To learn more, visit the Bill Me Later site.
Below are a sampling of error messages we have seen customers report over time. If you are having difficulties processing your order/credit card please review the following errors to see if you can correct your problem. Error: We are not able to process your credit card due to the following reason - Denied:Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.:
What it means: The credit card was declined by your credit card provider. Please contact your card provider or try a different payment method.
Error: We were unable to process your Credit Card because the address information you provided does not match the billing address of your credit card. - Zip Code matches, but Address does not
What it means: Please fix your address information to match what is on file with your credit card.
Error: We are not able to process your credit card due to the following reason - CVV2 does not match
What it means: Please check your security code of your credit card.
Error: We are not able to process your credit card due to the following reason - CVV2 does not match
What it means: Please check your security code and re-enter it.
Error: We were unable to process your Credit Card because the address information you provided does not match the billing address of your credit card. - Address and Zip Code do not match
What it means: Please update your credit card details by filling in your street address and zip code in the fields provided.
Upon processing your return, Aqua-Man Pool & Spa will credit the original purchase price for the returned item(s) less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee back to your credit card. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address.
To return a product based upon Aqua-Man Aquatics Service replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please contact us by telephone to receive an RMA number. Aqua-Man Aquatics Service will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return products must be received by Aqua-Man Aquatics Service RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Aqua-Man Aquatics Service. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Aqua-Man Aquatics Service Return Procedure will be breached and Aqua-Man Aquatics Service will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
Aqua-Man Aquatics Service will not refund to customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Aqua-Man Aquatics Service will assess a restocking fee against the customer's account on all returns for refund.
We will not be held responsible for any misprinted pricing.
At this time, we do not have a price protection guarantee and we do not offer credit for price changes that have occurred after your order has been shipped.

If you've already conducted business with Aqua-Man Aquatics Service (our Brick & Mortar shops) in the past and would like to begin purchasing online, you'll need to contact us and provide us with your E-mail Address. You can then go to our Account Login page and use the "Forgot your password" section to have your randomly generated password emailed to you. Once you receive your password, you may change your password at any time by going to your Account profile.
