The pump arrived two days ago. Talk about fast shipping! They changed the form factor slightly, but I was able to get it to fit. Took a nice hot tub last night. Works great. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many thanks for the speedy service! And I think the flow meters work great. Much better than a competing brand I bought for almost twice the price, which is very difficult to clean and clogs much easier than the Pentair.

I would like to take this time to THANK your wonderful, patient sales person who spent a lot of time with me on the phone. I was very upset when I purchased an O Ring from Branchbrook Pools in Bricktown NJ to travel a half hour to find out that the part was too big. After 1 1/2 weeks of water coming out of the filter and not being able to use the pool ----------we were happy to know that the O ring that was delivered on Friday of this week was a perfect fit. Thank you again. Please let the salesperson know who ordered the part for me that I said a big thank you. He lived in Whitehouse New Jersey and I do not remember his name.

I would like for your company to recognize Dave for helping my husband and I over the telephone. We initially didn't know what was wrong with our pool. Dave was very courteous and helpful in explaining to us what we needed to know about our pool. He truly helped us out. We thought it was the diverter and it only was a bad diaphragm in our pool cleaner. Dave listened to our concerns and guided us in the right direction. Your website was very informative and I will refer others to it that have a pool. So, thank you Dave, you were great. Keep up the great work.

Dave, I just wanted to write you to thank you for taking the time to help me out with my hercules hot-tub. The heater works fantastic. By the way,I installed a new GFI and it still blows after plugging in my air-rater(blower). I''m giv''en up for now as I was informed I was"nt going to be able to use it for a minimum of 12 weeks after my full hip re-placement on 12-10. I"m certainly going to miss it. But, Thanks again Dave for your time. Hope you and the family and friends have a very merry christmas and very happy new year. Talk to you soon.
