Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in seeking repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. Just call 866-400-2782 M-F 7am-5pm MST or email sales@aqua-man.com. Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc. (Aqua-Man Pool & Spa) makes no implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services sold to you. The maximum product liability to Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Aqua-Man Pool & Spa website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
