Tucson Metro Customer Payment Policy
Tucson Metro residential service customers are eligible for a $5 monthly service discount* if they pay their bill by the 5th of each month online. Customers can also place a credit card on-file with our office providing a one-time letter of authorization to charge that card for service each month. The discount is applied to all service bills; those that are not paid by the 5th of each month will have that month’s service discount added to the following month’s bill.
Customers have 15 days to pay their bill. We will email invoices to customers who have requested we do so and have provided us with their email address. If you would like to receive your invoice via email, please let the office know. To pay your bill online simply click here. To arrange for email delivery of your invoices or for payment problems please contact the office via email or at 572-9840 M-F 7am-5pm.
*Chemicals, products and repair are not eligible for this discount. Chemicals and products from the Aqua-Man Pool & Spa website are available with FREE DELIVERY for all Tucson Metro customers.
