Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from Aqua-Man Aquatic Service, Inc. (Aqua-Man Pool & Spa) to protect both buyer and seller. Please call our customer service department toll free at (866) 400-2782 M-F 7am-5pm MST to obtain this number and authorization for return. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must appear on all shipping cartons. Please insure your return shipment for replacement value as Aqua-Man Pool & Spa is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
Your credit card will be credited the original price of the returned product(s) once Aqua-Man Pool & Spa has received and processed your return less original shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address.
