We stand behind our merchandise with a 45-DAY return policy from date-of-delivery and no restocking fees for items returned in compliance with the return policy (please see special order/custom manufactured exception below)*. Products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes with all packaging materials, with any parts and accessories, unused warranty cards and instruction booklets. All products are new and are sold with a complete manufacturer’s warranty.
*Special order and custom manufactured products cannot be returned for refund, credit or exchange. If defective, they should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claim according to the instructions provided in the product packaging.
